PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake air shutoff device accurately cutting intake air with little electric power consumption and a simple construction in a two-cycle engine of a multiple throttle and batteryless specifications. SOLUTION: The two-cycle engine has a plurality of throttle valves 24 for adjusting an intake air amount in conjunction with accelerator operation and a stopper 38 for maintaining an idling rotation speed in a throttle fully-closed state. The intake air shutoff device comprises a first rotary member 32 connected to the throttle valves 24 for rotation together, a second rotary member 33 engaged with the first rotary member 32 and connected to an accelerator means, and an actuator engaged with the first rotary member 32 for independently rotating only the first rotary member 32 in a close direction.
