PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground sill of a corner part of an earthquake-resistant building for outer wall protection exhibiting firm anti-earthquake performance in crossing horizontal two directions and protecting an outer wall panel by yielding prior to the outer wall panel in the horizontal two directions and realizing it in a simple structure advantageously in cost. SOLUTION: Upper and lower horizontal plate parts 7, 8 having a L shape seen in a plan view are connected by a plurality of vertical plate parts 9, 10 made of steel such as dead soft steel in an outer wall corner part. A partial vertical plate 9 is directed in the direction along one outer wall surface and the rest vertical plate 10 is directed in the direction along the other outer wall surface, and when horizontal force directed in the direction along the outer wall surface is applied, the vertical plate directed to the direction is shear-yielded prior to the outer wall panel.
