PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight concrete-based external wall structure where cracks are hardly caused. SOLUTION: A composite slab 6 is composed of corrugated steel 1 and a concrete part 2 formed by placing concrete 2 using the corrugated steel 1 as a form. The composite slab 6 is provided by vertically elongating mountain and valley parts of the corrugated steel 1, positioning the concrete part 2 on an outdoor side and positioning the corrugated steel 1 on an indoor side. Preferably, the corrugated steel 1 is composed of corrugated steel wherein vertically elongated ribs 3 etc. and flat plate parts 4 etc. are alternately repeated in a horizontal direction, and the ribs 3 etc. are in the state of being embedded in the concrete part 2. In addition, preferably, the valley part 4 facing the indoor side of the corrugated steel 1 is composed of a valley part which is expanded toward a back side; and hardware 7 for mounting the composite slab 6 on furring strips 9 etc. is protruded into the valley part 5 expanded to the back side, and engaged in an anti-coming-off state, so as to be connected to the composite slab 6.
