PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge mounting structure which is proof against a so-called bounding phenomenon when a damper device is attached to a hinge, proof against hindering when articles are stored/taken out, facilitates adjustment of the damper device, and is improved in usability. SOLUTION: According to the hinge mounting structure, a hinge main body 3 of the hinge 1, mounted on a side plate A of furniture or the like, and a cup body 4 of the hinge 1, mounted on a door body B of the furniture or the like, are connected together via a link mechanism 5 in a manner rotatable with respect to each other, and the damper device 6 is superposed on the cup body 4 by placing a flange 20 of the damper device 6 on a flange 4c of the cup body 4, followed by securing the damper device 6 to the door body B together with the cup body 4, by means of a screw 18. In the process of closing the door body B, a bush 21b of a damper main body 21 of the damper device 6 starts to abut on a front end of an upper plate 3b of the hinge main body 3 when the door body B assumes a predetermined opening location immediately before completion of closure of the door body B. Therefore the damper device 6 functions to decelerate the closing speed of the door body B after the abutting in a manner resisting energizing force of a torsion spring. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
