PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate rainbow color exhibited by reflected light from a machined surface formed by cutting without manual polishing. SOLUTION: Cutting streaks on the machined surface are eliminated or deformed in the range from top parts of crest parts of the cutting streaks to bottom surfaces of trough parts by colliding particles (media 2) such as polishing materials against the machined surface of a workpiece 9 formed by the cutting.
