PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify opening/closing operations of a console lid. SOLUTION: A tray member 12 is connected to a console lid 14 using a first link member 82 and a second link member 84 capable of performing an expansive link operation. As a result, when the tray member 12 is forwardly extended, a console lid 14 which is completely shut can be released in accordance with a link operation in the extension direction of the first link member 82 and the second link member 84 at an appropriate time difference. Moreover, when the tray member 12 is backwardly stored, the released console lid 14 can be shut in accordance with the link operation in the contraction direction of the first link member 82 and the second link member 84 at an appropriate time difference.
