PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material-capsulating inorganic particle composite having dispersion stability and transparency and being excellent in antibacterial durability. SOLUTION: This material-capsulating inorganic particle composite is a composite comprising material-capsulating inorganic particles and a polymer represented by Formula (1). The composite comprises a hydrophilic antiseptic supported on the above-noted material-capsulating inorganic particles, and paraffins coated on the surface of the composite.
