PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-sensitive adhesive material which improves defective transportability and has excellent adhesive force. SOLUTION: This heat-sensitive adhesive material having at least an adhesive layer and a heat-sensitive adhesive layer on one side of a support is characterized in that the heat-sensitive adhesive material has a coefficient of static friction of≤0.90 which is represented by Tanθof an average angleθobtained by averaging five measured angles, wherein each angle is obtained by longitudinally adhering the heat-sensitive adhesive material to a smooth substrate having a Clark stiffness of 30 to 180 cm<SP>3</SP>/100 in the longitudinal direction on the basis of JIS P8143 so that the heat-sensitive layer of the heat-sensitive adhesive material forms the surface, stationarily putting a weight having a width of 5 cm, a length of 7 cm and a weight of 320 g and having a polyethylene terephthalate film adhered to the bottom side on the surface of the heat-sensitive adhesive layer, inclining the substrate, and then measuring the angle of the substrate to the horizontal surface, when the weight starts to slip.
