PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber magnet sheet which exhibits high viscoelasticity and high damping effect. SOLUTION: The rubber magnet sheet can be obtained by dispersing a hard magnetic body powder which is a ferrite magnetic powder such as an m type or z type Ba ferrite and Sr ferrite, or a rare earth magnetic powder such as NdFeb, SmFeN, and SmCo, into a matrix consisting of a rubber component. The magnetic powder is magnetized, and the 50% diameter of the magnetic powder is≤200μm, by the measurement done by a laser diffraction type particle size distribution meter. The content of the magnetic powder is≥10 volume% and <50 volume%. The loss coefficient of tanδof a small sheet piece having a width of 10 mm, a length of 10 mm, and a thickness of 3 mm is≥0.18 by the shear viscosity measurement with an amplitude being 2% of a thickness of the small sheet piece and at a frequency of 10 Hz.
