PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To seal a body cavity by using a resin-made gel which can maintain a gel state for a long term without relating to the amount of a body fluid, can maintain the gel state even when it contains an alkaline or acidic body fluid or the like and can seal the body cavity. SOLUTION: The method for preventing body fluid defluxion performs the following: the use of an amphiphilic gel as an agent for preventing body fluid defluxion; the use of an injector which contains the amphiphilic gel; the loading of the amphiphilic gel present in a container into the body cavity with a compressed gas in an accumulator; and so on.
