A rolling facility in the form of a guide roller assembly incorporatable guide roller (10) comprises a rotor core (12) constituted from a hub (14) fitted with a radial disk (16) presenting a circumferential rim 18 and an outer band and flexing ring combination (20) that is spaced from the rotor core (12) by an inter-moulded resilient rubber band (34) enabling its serving a suspension or cushioning function. The combination (20), as in the form of a solid rubber tyre (24) moulded to a flexible ring (26), though extending against substantial deformation once exposed to the exertion of a radially disposed inward force, has adequate flexing properties to result in its full off-centre displacement relative to the axis of rotation (21) of the roller (10) once so exposed. |
