A mobile communication system in which the call loss due to movement from one base station to another is prevented while the mobile station is doing battery saving. Base stations (200, 210) send paging signals (10,11) to call a terminal (100) when a call is arrived at the terminal (100) from a terminal (110), and report information (20, 21) and identification information representing the terminal (100) added to the report information are sent. When a call arrives at the terminal (100) while the terminal (100) is moving from zone A to zone B, the terminal (100) receives the identification information added to the report information (21) during zone movement processing, detects the call, and performs a normal call reception processing immediately after the zone movement processing (after the terminal (100) comes into a waiting state in the destination zone B). |
