Human support pillow has middle parts (1, 2) with different cross sectional areas, where the height of the cross sectional area of the middle part (2) is laterally formed larger than the height of the cross sectional area of the middle part (1) during even padding of the pillow. The middle parts have even cross sectional areas with smaller heights and softer padding during uneven padding of the pillow.
