<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive resin composition having high electrical conductivity, easily moldable by a high-efficiency molding method such as injection molding, enabling the molding with a short molding cycle and free from formation of blister in molding and provide a separator for a fuel cell, produced by molding the conductive resin composition, having high strength and high electrical conductivity, free from blistering trouble and having high dimensional accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: The conductive epoxy resin composition contains an epoxy resin, a curing agent, a carbon material containing an exfoliated graphite and a cure accelerator having a molecular weight of 300-1,000 and selected from at least one kind of a phosphine compound expressed by general formula (1) and a phosphonium compound expressed by general formula (2).
