PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor exactly sensing the temperature of a display device, and to provide a display device in which cost increase due to the sensor sensing the temperature is reduced, spatial limitation for attaching the sensor is decreased and, stable display operation in accordance with a temperature change is provided. SOLUTION: The sensor and the thin film transistor array panel including the same are provided. The sensor is provided with: a sensor control electrode formed on a substrate; an insulating film formed on the sensor control electrode; a semiconductor layer formed on the insulating layer; an ohmic contact member formed on the semiconductor layer; a sensor input electrode and a sensor output electrode formed on the ohmic contact member; and a passivation film formed on the sensor input electrode and the sensor output electrode.
