<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container with a preparation which is capable of suppressing growing of microorganisms for a long period of time during storing at ordinary temperature after opening, and a method for manufacturing the container with the preparation. <P>SOLUTION: The container provided with a contamination preventing mechanism is filled with a preparation containing a component for suppressing the growth of the microorganisms under a sterilized environment.
