LENS BARREL, IMAGING APPARATUS AND OPTICAL DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens barrel capable of independently adjusting the optical axis positions of a zoom lens group and a focus lens group, and an imaging apparatus and an optical device using the lens barrel. SOLUTION: A lens holding plate 33 and a shutter unit 34 are provided between upper and lower lens barrels 31 and 32. The lens holding plate 33 bears one-side ends of guide shafts 52 and 53 for guiding the movement of a 2nd lens group 44. The shutter unit 34 bears one-side ends of guide shafts 60 and 61 for guiding the movement of a 4th lens group 63. The lens holding plate 33 and the shutter unit 34 are held to freely move on a plane perpendicular to an optical axis L2 by the upper and the lower lens barrels 31 and 32. The lens holding plate 33 and the shutter unit 34 are partially projected to the outside of the upper and the lower lens barrels 31 and 32, and are moved on the plane perpendicular to the optical axis L2 to adjust the optical axis positions of the 2nd and the 4th lens groups 44 and 63.
