PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a fastener to a fastener support member capable of easily and certainly mounting the fastener on the fastener support member when a foamed molded product having the fastener integrally molded thereon is manufactured, a manufacturing method of the foamed molded product and the fastener support member. SOLUTION: In the mounting structure of the fastener 1 to a rail 2 used in order to support the fastener 1 in a mold into which a foamable raw material is supplied when the foamed molded product having the fastener integrally molded thereon is manufactured, the rail 2 is equipped with the positioning pin 23 provided to the end part E3 in the longitudinal direction L2 of the rail 2 and the receiving support jig 25 provided to the end part E4 in the longitudinal direction L2 of the rail 2 to receive and support the end part E2 of the fastener 1. The fastener 1 is equipped with the locking parts 17 formed so as to be capable of being locked with the positioning pins 23 and provided to both end parts E1 and E2 in the longitudinal direction L1 of the fastener 1.
