PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative material hard to produce degradation of the base material even by irradiation of electron rays and excellent in surface properties such as antifouling property, wear resistance and marring resistance. SOLUTION: The decorative material comprises a pattern layer and/or a colored layer and a surface protection layer on a base material, wherein the surface protection layer is a crosslinked/cured product of an electron-rays-curable resin composition, and wherein in the CD direction (transverse direction) of the base material, the decrease ratio of the folding strength after coating of the electron-rays-curable resin composition and irradiation with the electron rays to the folding strength before the coating of the electron-rays-curable resin composition is≤70%.
