PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrooptical device which realizes high-quality display by reducing series differences between enable signals of a plurality of series, and to provide electronic equipment equipped with the electrooptical device. SOLUTION: The electrooptical device is equipped, on a substrate, with a scanning line drive section performing horizontal scanning of pixel sections by supplying scanning signals to a plurality of scanning lines, a data line drive section supplying image signals to a plurality of data lines, and a plurality of pull-around wirings including at least either of the plurality of first enable supply lines supplying the plurality of systems of the enable signals to the scanning line drive section and the plurality of second enable supply lines supplying the plurality of systems of the enable signals to the data line drive section and an image signal line supplying the image signals to the data line drive section. At least either of the plurality of first enable supply lines and the plurality of second enable supply lines are intersected with the plurality of enable supply lines at least at one point during the course of being pulled around to at least either of the data line drive section and the scanning line drive section.
