摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce manufacturing cost for a housing and eliminate the need for adhesive in a fixed portion between the housing and a bearing sleeve. SOLUTION: The housing 7 is formed by injection molding into a liquid crystal polymer (LCP) as a crystalline resin a resin material into which a 2-30 vol% carbon nano tube as a conductive filler is incorporated. The sintered metal bearing sleeve 8 is inserted into an inner peripheral face 7c of the housing 7 and fixed to the housing 7 with ultrasonic welding. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
