PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To interpose a positioning pin in the middle of a secondary air passage while allowing reduction of the number of parts, in an engine with exhaust emission control function in which a reed valve is housed in a valve casing constituted of a casing part formed integrally with a head cover and a valve cover connected with the casing part, and the positioning pin functioning as a positioning function disposed in the middle of the secondary air passage provided in the head cover and the cylinder head to connect between the reed valve and an exhaust port.
