PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveying pallet capable of easily and correctly positioning an object to be conveyed, and holding the object without deformation, breakage or damage thereof. SOLUTION: The conveying pallet 10 comprises vacuum box 4 having a claw part 1, each erected on diagonal parts of a square or each erected on each corner of the square, a recessed part 2, and a suction port 3, an overall sheet 6 which seals the recessed part 2 of the vacuum box 4 and has a hole 5 with a pattern of a predetermined shape punched at a predetermined position, and plates 8 having a large number of holes 7 which have the same size as the overall sheet 6 and are densely arranged so as to be affixed without any space therearound. An object 9 to be conveyed is fixed and held to the plate 8 through vacuum suction by evacuating the vacuum box 4, and the object 9 is separated from the plate 8 by introducing the pressure in the vacuum box.
