The rod has an inserting holder (2) receiving and adjusting a parabolic reflector and inserted into a reception pipe (3) and fixed by using a wing screw (5). The rod is mounted by using mirror arms that operate in a height variable pipe clamps at a motor vehicle. A plug (6) seals ends of the pipe. An auxiliary frame is provided with variably adjustable catches for directly mounting at a mirror-housing of the motor vehicle.
