The handle (1) has adhesive strips (3) arranged one above the other as stack for attaching the handle to an object to be transported. A part (8) is arranged on an adhesive surface in a middle of the adhesive strips and attached perpendicularly to the object. The strips are a paper strip or a cardboard strip and colored in different colors. The strips are detached from one another through lifting of the part.
