There is provided a polypeptide having a modified amino acid sequence compared to KEKLKSQWNNDNPLFK (SEQ ID No: 11), wherein the modified amino acid sequence has one or more amino acid substitutions and/or deletions compared to SEQ ID No. 11 and 60% sequence identity with SEQ ID No. 11 or greater, or comprises amino acid sequence KEKLKNPLFK (SEQ ID No. 10). There is also provided a polypeptide for use in the prophylaxis or treatment of a cancer in a mammal, wherein the polypeptide comprises the amino acid sequence KEKLKSQWNNDNPLFK (SEQ ID No: 11) or a modified form thereof having 60% sequence identity with the amino acid sequence or greater.
