The dispenser has a set of dispenser units connected to a liquid container to discharge liquid into two quantities to a collecting container according to the position of a rotary valve. The collecting container is placed at the opening of the liquid container. A trap door with holes is used for filling the collecting container with liquid. When the trap door is open, the total dose of liquid is discharged from the dispenser units. When the trap door is closed, liquid is dispensed through the holes of the trap door in lesser doses.
