The method involves transporting a brackets-paper clip by a cable, and subjecting pressure in a central part of arms. The brackets-paper clip is transferred regularly and continuously to an interior part of a cabin. A painting layer is applied to the brackets-paper clip. The brackets-paper clip is dried in a furnace. A rough layer is formed in outer and inner surfaces of the brackets-paper clip. Protective balls are provided in ends of the arms. The brackets-paper clip is deposited in a bucket and the cable is cleaned totally.
