The apparatus has a masking frame, a front plate and a fastening plate (3). A support ring is provided between a functional insert (2) and the fastening plate. The support ring is fastened to the fastening plate, and a fastening unit is arranged in the support ring. The fastening unit is provided for fastening of a protection cover at the support ring. The functional insert is fastened to the fastening plate by the ring. An independent claim is also included for an assembly set for electrical house installation apparatus.
