A sub-structure (12) is float-mounted in the bottom part of a tunnel pipe (11). Between the sub-structure and the inner wall (11a) of the tunnel pipe and or inside the track sub-structure is at least one elastic mat (13, 15) completely separating the sub-structure from the tunnel pipe. The side of the mat facing the track sub-structure is profiled (19) enabling the mat to positively engage with the sub-structure. The track incorporates a sprung intermediate layer beneath the rails (16), and an elastic damping mat (15). The sub-structure comprises a concrete trough holding the track (18). |
