The regulator has window driving units and two connecting units (15, 40) for connecting the driving units with a window. The connection unit (15) is displaced between two positions. A connection of the driving units with the window is modified when the connection unit (15) is disengaged, where the window rotates around a point at the connection units. The driving units include a support unit (13), a toothed sector (30), arm (32), toothed wheel (34) and sector (36). Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a window and window regulator assembly (2) a method for displacing a window with a window regulator.
