Modular electrical insert with removable fascia plate

A modular electrical insert capable of being removably fitted into a standard wall electrical switch plate in place of a switch. It comprises a two-part housing allowing access to contained electrical components and including a front plate through which user-operable or visible components project, this plate having wedge-shaped lugs to retain the module in the switch plate, and a removable fascia plate to be fitted to the front plate of the housing after installation in the switch plate. One embodiment comprises a motion sensor where a sensor lens, LED lens and a light sensor lens all protrude through the front plate and subsequently through the removable fascia plate. The fascia plate may be removed to allow adjustment of components within the housing through holes in the front plate of the housing.
