The device has a deformable drop tube (1) displaced between feed and evacuation chutes (2, 3) and formed by a telescopic column (5) made of two rigid tubes (8, 9). The tube (1) is disposed between flexible sleeves (6, 7) with variable curvatures connected to the chutes (2, 3) respectively. A column maintenance structure (17) is variable between two fixation zones respectively and allows variations of the curvature of sleeves.
