摘要 <p>The invention relates to a method for determining analytes by analyzing the polarization impedance of the transducer/sample interface, more precisely to a quantitative method for detecting the presence of analytes of interest in a liquid medium. According to the invention, the method is based on the differential measuring principle, wherein, in a first step a transducer network is immersed in the liquid sample, said transducer network comprising a reference transducer and one or more active transducers, in a second step, the differential measurement of the impedance of the active transducers in relation to the reference transducer is performed, in a third step , the development of the capacity of the active transducer /sample interface corresponding to the specific coupling is analyzed, and in a fourth step the concentration of the target-analyte is determined for the quantitative detection of the analyte concentration, the signal applied to the transducer having a sufficiently low frequency for being in the range of electrode polarization, and the determination being performed by relating polarization impedance value of the active transducers as against the reference transducer, to a calibration curve obtained in the case of known concentration of analytes.</p>
