The case has a rigid lateral wall (3) with circular section closed at one of its end by a base cover (4) and opened at another end (5). The wall is tapered and the diameter of the end (5) is more than the diameter of the cover. A slit (6) with two edges is arranged in the wall. An elastic unit (7) brings the edges close together so that the diameter of the end (5) is reduced to the value of diameter of the base cover when needed.
