Disclosed are quinuclidine carbamate compounds of formula (I) and formula (II), for which the substituents are defined herein. The compounds are used for the manufacture of medicaments for the treatment of diseases susceptible to amelioration by antagonism of M3 muscarinic receptors, such as a respiratory, urological or gastrointestinal disease.
