The device has a hooking unit (10) to hook a support unit (11) supporting a balcony (2) that is constituted of a slab (5). The unit (11) constitutes a strut (13) whose ends are fixed to the slab and the unit (10), respectively, where the strut is in the form of rod or tube. The unit (10) cooperates with locking units (21) including a ring and an envelope to cover an end of a rod (17).
