<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent access to a management document from an improper place, and to easily set an authentication condition. <P>SOLUTION: This document management system comprises: a folder access authentication part 110 acquiring information about an access place and a user ID from a user terminal 200, and collating them with an authenticating information table 125 to perform access authentication, when access is required to a folder 120 storing the management document from the user terminal 200; an access processing part 115 receiving the access to the management document from the user terminal 200 through the folder 120 when a combination of the information about the access place and the user ID acquired from the user terminal 200 agrees with one determined in the authenticating information table 125; and a folder access additional authentication part 116 acquiring a second authenticating ID from the user terminal 200, and collating it with the authenticating information table 125 to perform the access authentication, when the result of the access authentication does not show an agreement. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
