PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve outward appearance as an instrument by preventing the member of the instrument from being imaged at the boundary surface between a light guide member, and a dial and a reflection member. SOLUTION: The instrument comprises ring-like illumination members (light guide member and reflection member) 30, 50, having indicator panels (dial and dial plate) 10, 20 in which a scale 22 is provided at a disk-like outer edge section, a reflection surface 51 that is provided at a position separated from the indicator panels 10, 20 toward a driver seat side, and opposes the position of the outer edge section from the scale 22 in the indicator panels 10, 20, and a light incident surface 33 that opposes the reflection surface 51; and a light source 40 that is arranged at a side opposite to the reflection surface 51 of the illumination members 30, 50 on the indicator panels 10, 20. When light is emitted from the light source 40, it is transmitted through the outer edge side of the scale 22 in the indicator panels 10, 20, is reflected on the reflection surface 51 of the illumination members 30, 50, and is guided into the illumination members 30, 50 from the light incident surface 33.
