PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detaching and attaching structure of a strainer member enabling simple operation for detaching and attaching a strainer member in a short time and also enabling the detaching and attaching of the strainer member without any trouble even if a delivery port cap cannot be threaded to a delivery port body. SOLUTION: In this detaching and attaching structure of the strainer member 38 of a faucet, a slide engagement groove 104 is formed at a holding member (functional part unit) 18 holding the strainer member 38 at an installation position, and a lock member 112 locking the holding member 18 to the installation position is fitted to the delivery port body part 20 slidably in the longitudinal direction so that the strainer member 38 can be detached and attached by sliding the lock member 112.
