PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ethylene-based resin composition eliminating a coating process by an anchor-coating agent containing an organic solvent, excellent in molding processability and excellent in bonding property with a substrate material such as a polyester, aluminum foil, etc., and a laminate material. SOLUTION: This ethylene-based resin composition is obtained by blending 100 pts.wt. ethylene-based polymer having 0.1-50 g/10 min melt mass flow rate measured as based on the JIS K6922-1 (1997) and 860-970 kg/m<SP>3</SP>density measured as based on the JIS K6922-1 (1997) with 0.01-2 pts.wt. silane oligomer having an epoxy group and/or a mercapto group and an alkoxy group and at least≥2 silicon atoms in one molecule, and is used for forming the laminate material.
