PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oral preparation in which even strong bitter taste of isosorbide can be effectively alleviated by a small amount of a sweetener, its production method and a method for alleviating the bitter taste. SOLUTION: The oral preparation contains a first sweetener (aspartame) of 0.01 to 0.5 parts by weight, a second sweetener (sodium saccharin or the like) of 0.1 to 2 parts by weight and an acidulant (lactic acid, malic acid, tartaric acid, citric acid, fumaric acid or the like), based on isosorbide of 100 parts by weight, wherein the amount of the second sweetener is 2 to 20 parts by weight relative to 1 part by weight of the first sweetener. The amount of the acidulant is 0.1 to 10 parts by weight relative to 1 part by weight of the total amount of the sweeteners. The oral preparation may contain a sweetener-reinforcing agent (sodium chloride and the like) having salty taste, a tasty ingredient and/or a perfume.
