PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a whitening agent, a pigmentation control agent, and anα-MSH (melanocyte stimulating hormone) inhibitor which have an excellent whitening effect. SOLUTION: The whitening agent, the pigmentation control agent and theα-MSH inhibitor are composed of a colloidal liquid of a metal of the platinum group.
