PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin-cleansing agent composition having good foaming and a foam quality (a creamy property), free from sliminess when rinsing and giving refreshing feeling after washing to the skin. SOLUTION: The skin-cleansing agent composition comprises glycosyl trehalose, a water-soluble polymer and a surfactant. In the skin-cleansing agent composition, it is preferable that the mass ratio of the glycosyl trehalose to the water-soluble polymer is≥0.5 and≤100 and the mass ratio of the glycosyl trehalose to the surfactant is≥0.01 and≤0.5.
