PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a fresh air duct for a vehicle capable of simply and surely performing the assembly of the fresh air duct after assembling an air cleaner when the air cleaner is closely disposed on a vehicle body member from the rear side and an air introduction port part of the fresh air duct is disposed toward the front of the vehicle. SOLUTION: A projecting part 50 projecting to the air cleaner 8 side is provided on a longitudinal duct part 30 of the fresh air duct 9, and a projection receiving part 55 where an insertion hole 56 capable of inserting the projecting part 50 is formed is provided on the air cleaner 8. A pulling-out preventive hook 53 engaging with the projection receiving part 55 is provided on the tip end part of the projecting part 50 to lock so that the projecting part 50 inserted into the insertion hole 56 is not pulled out from the insertion hole 56. The pulling-out preventive hook 50 is formed only on a part of the peripheral direction of the projecting part 50 so as to enhance the locking force locking so that the projecting part 50 is not pulled out from the insertion hole 56 when the fastening load by a fastening member 33 of an upstream side introduction port part 32 is applied.
