PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a front fender mounting part structure of a cover member, absorbing variation in parts and assembling accuracy and preventing a gap between a front fender and the cover member to improve the appearance, and easily positioning the cover member to the front fender. SOLUTION: A downward bent piece 31 is formed on the edge part of a front window opening side of the front fender, and the cover member 5 is formed of rubber-base material having predetermined elasticity. The rubber member 5 is disposed with the base abutted on both top faces of butted parts of a front pillar 2 and a windshield 4, and a locking groove 55 where the downward bent piece 31 of the front fender 3 is mounted and locked is formed on the top face on the front fender 3 side in the cover member 5.
