摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quantitative liquid discharge apparatus in which the stoppability of a liquid can be enhanced and the dripping of the liquid and the intrusion of air can be restrained after the discharge of the liquid from a nozzle is stopped. SOLUTION: The quantitative liquid discharge apparatus 1 is provided with an air pressure circuit to be connected to a syringe 3 of a dispenser 14. The syringe 3 is connected to a negative pressure generating unit 5 through a stop valve 7 for negative pressure, a pressure control valve 9 for negative pressure and a check valve 8 and a pipeline 25 is kept in negative pressure. The syringe is also connected to an air pressure source unit 4 through a stop valve 6 for positive pressure and a pressure control valve 11 for positive pressure. When the liquid is discharged, the stop valve 6 for positive pressure is opened to keep the inside of the syringe 3 in positive pressure. When the discharge of the liquid is completed, the stop valve 7 for negative pressure is opened instead of the stop valve 6 so that the pressure in the syringe 3 is made to instantaneously change from positive pressure to negative pressure by the negative pressure kept in the pipeline 25.
