PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game card which can be used for an amulet, a votive pictureor the like by printing characters and marks (1) to (4) and also has an element of fortune telling by combining prints of numerals, characters and marks (5) unrelated to desires of a user. SOLUTION: Respective denotations (1) to (4) representing an "object", "result", "date" and "name" desired by the user are at least printed at least on the surface of a card medium (10).
