PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bassinet not disturbing sleep of an infant. SOLUTION: This foldable bassinet consists of two outer shell parts 2 and 3 made of a hard material and attached with hinges, has a cushion material 4 around the circumference of both outer shell parts 2 and 3, and both outer shell parts 2 and 3 are operated between an open position where both outer shell parts 2 and 3 are flush with each other and a closed position where both outer shell parts 2 and 3 are folded and integrated together.
