PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image measuring device and an image measuring method capable of changing/editing/deleting a plurality of straight lines independently on a display screen, easily executing minute adjustment such as re-drawing of one straight line only or movement of the line, and easily measuring the angle between two straight lines without operation error. SOLUTION: The image measuring method comprises a first step for displaying a medical image, a second step for drawing a straight line on the displayed medical image, a third step for drawing another straight line on the displayed medical image, a fourth step for measuring the angle between the two straight lines drawn on the medical image, and a fifth step for displaying the result of measurement of the angle.
